WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!! [insert girlie high-pitched screaming]

This past weekend, the love of my life asked me to marry him.. I can not contain my excitement!

Everyone knows Chad and I are so proud of where we come from. Our friends, family and the memories of growing up in our idyllic town has forever left a footprint on our hearts.

Saturday, Chad and I made a trip back home. I was told that we were visiting my family and spending the day at the park with my niece. And after months of preparation, Chad pulled off the surprise of a lifetime.

As we walked into Tuscora Park [where I worked the rides as my very first job], the carousel began to play our song. I went to grab his attention but he instead grabbed my hand and got down on one knee. Moments later, we were greeted by some of the most important people in our lives to celebrate. It was incredible!

A big thank you to our family and friends for making this day one to never ever forget. We are forever grateful.
